The original structure goes back to the fifteenth century. The residence was extended later with the construction of the tower in the sixteenth century and of the church in the eighteenth century. Today it has still the name of the last family that owned it. In ancient times, it was the house of the powers of Foligno and later it hosted important clerical figures, as witnessed by some rooms in the tower. The reconstruction was carried out without changing the original structure of the house. Today it still gives the charm and the feelings of an old residence.

Casa Mancia Village Hotel is at 1300mt from the old city centre of Foligno; it is made of 14 rooms and 2 apartments with a kitchen.
