An oasis of tranquillity and peace among the green olive trees : The Olive Trees Belvedere is a beautiful umbrian villa situated along a declivity on the Subasio Mountain, distant less than 5 km from S.Francisco town, Assise, and encircled by secular olive trees. There are two apartments to rent with a wonderful view on the surrounding countryside: Assise Valley, between Spoleto and Perugia. Nearby the Belvedere there is a country road, the old "Stradetta", which connect Spello (5 km), a typical medieval umbrian town, to Assise (3 km). The visitors could easily join the two old town, and the other wonderful medieval towns around there, by foot or by bike. The two apartemnts are in the middle of the villa`s park: one of the two flats is on the first floor of the villa itself, but with an indipendent entrance, the other one is a separated dependénce. Both the apartments have panoramic terrace, barbeque,solarium and leaving area. A true jewel of hospitality in Umbria, enjoyable in every season of the year. The distance from the other touristic towns are: Perugia 25km, Spoleto 30km, Assise 5km, Spello 3km, Gubbio 50km, Norcia 50km, Bevagna 10km, Montefalco 15km, Foligno 8km, Rome 150km, Florence 200km.
