ACCOMMODATION : Mini apartments of approximately 50 mq, large, on the ground, first, and second floor, distant from the sea 500 mtr and from the Historical Centre of Marsala City at about 500mt. There you may have the possibility of shopping in our Commercial Centres, there are also near pharmacies, etc. Interesting archaeological sites can be attainable by walking. The ground floor apartment is composed of one bedroom nicely furnitured, the bathroom with bathtub and a wide living room with a covered and well equipped kitchen, and a two places sofa bed. It also counts with Air Conditioned/Heat System, and parking lot. There is also the possibility to make use of a private Nautical Club, distant from the apartment 500 mtr, in there are found all the needed equipments for the sea and they offer an optimal service of fast food, boat places, nightly shows, piano-bar, and disco. Anyway an equipped beach is found at 3 km, attainable with the regular bus. On the first and second floor the apartments are identical, they are composed of: one matrimonial bedroom, a living room with table and chairs, and a large two places sofa bed, a kitchen angle and a bathroom with shower; and they also count with central Air Conditioned, you also have the possibility to make use of a little laundry place and a private garage downstairs.
